Friday Update 3/28/25

Well, my schedule got turned upside down and I sacrificed this update for two weeks, so I’ve got some updates.

I outlined and finished writing a scifi short for an upcoming Dragon anthology I’m co-editor on. If you’d like to hear about that project directly, you can drop your email over at the website and we’ll keep you up to date: https://deptofdragonarchives.com/

I also outlined and finished writing another scifi short for BSQ magazine. That will go out in a few months.

I’m currently working on Hellebore Vampires 4 and I’m just shy of half way into it. This is a fun one—well they’re all fun, but this one has more character growth instead of external plot.

You can follow along with the Hellebore Kickstarter here.

That doesn’t have a launch date just yet. I still have a prequel short story to write because I want to include that in the hardbacks, which means I don’t know my page count yet for printing. So expect more on this soon.

I’ve kept up on newsletters this month (if you’re not on my email list you can join that here with a free book: https://bf.tamiveldura.com/yvu6wfztdl ) and only the newsletter gets notified about early access releases, so if you want to read Vampires right now, books 1, 2, and 3, before they go to kickstarter, get yourself signed up!

(Future books will eventually serialize here, but I’ve got contracts for this series)

Next week I’d love to report that HV4 is done, but we’ll see if I can squeeze in that many words.

Recent Releases:

St. Patty’s Day Anthology (urban fantasy)

Uncollected 36: Magical Law (urban fantasy)

Problem Child (stand-alone fantasy)
